In this project, the students will be asked to model a shelter as per the given architectural drawing with all loads applied. They will also be asked to calculate the wind, dead and live loads using excel.

Modelling of a Shelter with Truss and Frame Elements using STAAD.Pro

In this project, students will be asked to model a shelter using both frame and truss elements in STAAD.Pro. They will also be asked to compare the quantities of both types of shelters.
