DRAFT ANALYSIS
From the draft analysis it is seen that the 2.9 degree is given to the class A surface. From the thorough inspection tooling axis is found and it is made according to the manufacturing norms of injection moulding. An certain angle is provided on the direction of the tooling axis surface whish is class A surface. This angle is called draft angle. All the the component must have a draft angle so that after injection moulding the componenet can be easily ejected out of the machine.
GREEN COLOUR -2.5 AND ABOVE
BLUE COLOR - 0 TO 2.5 DEGREE
RED COLOR - NEGATIVE VALUES
